This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Perform continuous research on market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies pertinent to the organization.
• Compile insights from industry reports, venture capital activities, conferences, peer companies, and various other sources into actionable intelligence.
• Stay informed about industry best practices, disruptive innovations, as well as strategic risks and opportunities.
• Conduct organized vendor evaluations, including due diligence, comparative analysis, and development of recommendations.
• Create and uphold evaluation frameworks that assess technology compatibility, scalability, and enterprise value.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for BrokerTech Ventures intake, managing evaluations, prioritization, and feedback processes.
• Aggregate insights, lessons learned, and experimental results across different business lines to minimize siloed efforts and redundancy.
• Promote knowledge sharing and alignment among business and technology stakeholders.
• Build repositories or platforms for capturing and disseminating strategic intelligence.
• Prepare presentations, briefings, and updates at the executive level for leadership.
• Convert complex intelligence into clear narratives that aid decision-making.
• Integrate external viewpoints from venture capital firms, conferences, industry networks, and BrokerTech Ventures.
• A bachelor's degree is mandatory; a focus in Business or IT is preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
• Capability to grasp the broader perspective.
• Full-time, exempt position.
• Hybrid work arrangement in Worcester, MA, or fully remote work option.
