
Senior Representative – Outside Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Responsible for identifying new business opportunities and engaging with assigned customers to enhance sales and profit margins of the Company's products and/or services.
• Participate in customer business planning to gain insights into their needs.
• Conduct face-to-face selling and account management activities to achieve sales revenue objectives.
• Interact with all levels within the customer’s organization.
• Create and present sales bids, proposals, presentations, and/or product demonstrations.
• Assess accounts by evaluating market potential.
• Implement and grow assigned customer account plans.
• Drive billing margin initiatives through value-added services, marketing programs, and supplier collaboration.
• Seek potential customers through prospecting, including cold calling.
• Communicate with customers and leads to identify and comprehend their product or service requirements.
• Showcase the functions and advantages of products or services to customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through continuous communication and relationship management.
• Maintain contact with current and past customers.
• Formulate sales/supplier strategies to promote account growth and retention.
• Mentor the sales team and share pertinent information and expectations to ensure excellent customer service.
• A valid Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record is required.
• A High School Diploma or Equivalent is mandatory.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• 3-5 years of outside sales experience is essential.
• 4 years of industry experience is preferred.
• Willingness to travel to current and prospective clients and suppliers.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule and occasional overnight travel is necessary.
• Excellent sales and negotiation capabilities.
• Proficient in developing and delivering presentations.
• Strong interpersonal abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to function effectively within a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with advertising and sales promotion techniques is preferred.
• Willingness to travel 50% - 75% of the time.
