Senior Representante de Ventas, Hematología

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Promote and maximize the sales of Amgen products within the assigned territory.

• Visit and follow up with specialist physicians, including Hematologists, Hemato-oncologists, and Pediatric Oncologists, fostering high-value conversations grounded in scientific evidence.

• Engage in negotiations with stakeholders.

• Execute or manage programs in accordance with the Patient Journey of key accounts.

• Proactively collaborate with team members within the cluster/territory to ensure alignment across the territory and coordinate actions with specific accounts and key clients.

• Develop and implement a Plan of Action for the territory and key account plans.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience in sales within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical products sectors, or experience in hospital sales.

• Associate's degree and 6 years of experience in sales within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical products sectors, or experience in hospital sales.

• High school diploma and 8 years of experience in sales within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device sectors, or experience in hospital sales.

• Experience visiting Hematologists, Hemato-oncologists, and Pediatric Oncologists, fostering high-value conversations based on scientific evidence.

• Knowledge of the industry, drug access systems, and desirable experience in medical visits.

• Lead the management of strategic accounts, developing and implementing account plans for prioritized institutions, identifying growth opportunities, access barriers, and ecosystem needs to accelerate the adoption of therapies.

• Build strong, long-term relationships with key health system stakeholders, including physicians, service leaders, pharmacies, EPS, IPS, and other decision-makers.
