Senior Reporting Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Responsible for evaluating customer analytic needs and advising on the optimal course of action.

• Familiar with end-user workflows and aligning the customer's business requirements with analytic solutions.

• Create custom metrics and RW SQL reports, along with operational dashboards utilizing Radar.

• Collaborate with the NGHS Technical Training team to develop and implement training and documentation solutions.

• Establish and uphold best practices, while mentoring junior analyst team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Certification in Epic Cogito fundamentals, Cogito Tools Administration, Clarity Data Model, Caboodle Data Model, and one of the two (clinical/access data model) certifications/accreditations is required.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field is required, or a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the field.

• At least six (6) years of experience with various BI and other analytic reporting software applications, including a minimum of 2 years in EPIC Reporting Workbench reports and Radar dashboards.

• Proficient SQL skills with the capability to write complex queries.

• Strong understanding and experience in data warehouse concepts and enterprise data management practices.
