This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Take full ownership of the renewal process for Tines' customer portfolio, ensuring high retention rates and satisfaction among clients.
• Actively identify and engage with accounts nearing renewal, crafting strategies to secure renewals and enhance usage.
• Create and implement sophisticated renewal strategies, including multi-year agreements, complex contract structures, and negotiations for high-value renewals.
• Work closely with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives to assess customer health and formulate customized renewal strategies.
• Monitor and analyze renewal metrics, delivering regular forecasts and insights to leadership.
• Recognize upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the current customer base.
• Develop and enforce standardized renewal processes and best practices.
• Negotiate renewal terms and conditions as appropriate.
• Keep accurate customer data and renewal information updated in our CRM system.
• Foster strong relationships with technical stakeholders and security teams at customer organizations.
• Stay updated on product advancements and industry trends to effectively convey value to customers.
• Over 7 years of experience in renewals, account management, or roles involving quota-carrying sales.
• Proven track record of meeting targets, managing client relationships, and driving revenue retention or growth.
• Experience with technical products, preferably in the fields of cybersecurity, automation, or enterprise SaaS.
• Knowledge of security operations, workflows, and the challenges faced by security teams.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the capacity to convey value to technical stakeholders.
• Strong grasp of SaaS metrics, customer lifecycle, and recurring revenue models.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and data analysis tools.
• Outstanding organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple accounts concurrently.
• Self-driven, capable of working independently while establishing effective processes.
