This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee intricate, strategic, and high-value renewal initiatives.
• Formulate renewal strategies for accounts at risk, procurement-heavy clients, and enterprise agreements.
• Engage in sophisticated commercial negotiations encompassing pricing, contract conditions, and customer obligations.
• Propel retention strategies and risk management plans for vital accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership, Customer Success leadership, Finance, and Legal on key customer decisions.
• Discover opportunities to enhance commercial terms, entitlement frameworks, and contract standards.
• Guide and mentor Entry, Associate, and Renewal Specialists.
• Facilitate cross-functional renewal assessments and high-level account discussions.
• Impact the accuracy of renewal forecasting and retention strategies.
• Assist in the creation of renewal playbooks, operational workflows, and best practices.
• Examine renewal patterns and propose enhancements to minimize churn and revenue loss.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 6–8 years of experience in renewals, enterprise account management, customer revenue management, or similar commercial roles.
• Demonstrated success in managing enterprise-level renewals and intricate commercial negotiations.
• In-depth knowledge of software subscription models, contract frameworks, and customer retention strategies.
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in mentoring or leading within a revenue-driven organization.
• Solid business acumen and commercial insight.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
