This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Responsible for both strategic and operational aspects of international sales for used vehicles in wholesale and package sales.
• Establish, nurture, and expand international dealer networks, particularly targeting large buyers, remarketing partners, and trading platforms.
• Oversee and enhance package sales processes, including pricing, offer structure, marketing strategies, and execution.
• Collaborate closely with international sellers, fleet operators, and OEMs to create sales programs and boost market share.
• Formulate and execute data-driven strategies for sales and pricing.
• Build a small international sales team in the medium term and provide professional coaching to new team members.
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as volume, margin, turnaround times, and country performance to management and stakeholders.
• A degree or commercial vocational training with a specialization in automotive, trade, business, or logistics.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in international B2B automotive sales, fleet remarketing, or wholesale trading.
• A proven track record in package or bulk wholesale sales of used vehicles.
• In-depth knowledge of the European used car market and its pricing structures.
• Experience in building and managing international dealer networks.
• Proficient in the use of CRM systems and data analysis tools.
• Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset combined with a practical approach.
• Excellent communication skills, negotiation capabilities, and intercultural competence.
• Fluency in German and English; proficiency in additional European languages is advantageous.
