Senior Release Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create tools, improve automation, and implement protocols for secure release cycles.

• Foster communication and develop technical skills to ensure compliance with release timelines.

• Design and deploy tools and pipelines to automate the deployment and release processes.

• Oversee and facilitate engineering and release plans, execution, and workflows.

• Work collaboratively with other teams to influence and cultivate an agile culture within our organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Have 4+ years of pertinent experience and equivalent qualifications in Engineering or Management Information Systems.

• Be a skilled facilitator with outstanding verbal and written communication abilities. Capable of coordinating and planning activities across multiple teams.

• Possess fundamental Software Engineering skills, including Python code development, scripting, and documentation upkeep.

• Align with DevOps principles and have knowledge of building and enhancing automation environments.

• Exhibit proficiency with CI/CD, Jenkins, JIRA, Confluence, Git-based version control, GitLab DevOps, and monitoring tools such as Grafana and Datadog.
