Senior Relationship Manager – Home Builder Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Establishes new, profitable relationships in builder finance.

• Identifies potential customers through leads generated personally or from referral sources.

• Coordinates a team effort to approve and finalize new deals, aimed at increasing assets and revenues.

• Collaborates with assigned portfolio managers to ensure proactive oversight of the credit quality within the portfolio.

• Works alongside the Credit team and external counsel to prepare credit approval documentation and manage the onboarding process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (4 years or equivalent) in business, finance, or a related field.

• Minimum required experience: Over 10 years in financing production homebuilders, including at least 5 years in sales.

• Completion of a formal credit training program or experience in analyzing financial statements.
