Senior Relationship Manager, Equipment Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Oversee current business relationships with M&T Equipment Finance Corporation (MTEFC) alongside senior management.

• Engage with customers to meet their financing requirements.

• Reach out to the existing customer base to generate new financing opportunities.

• Evaluate customer experience, financial status, and collateral to determine suitable financing solutions.

• Provide industry insights to senior management.

• Support senior management with sales training and meetings.

• Enhance success and efficiency by utilizing public data sources.

• Act as the organization's representative in the marketplace.

• Comply with the company’s risk management and regulatory standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience.

• Alternatively, a combined total of 11 years of higher education and/or work experience, including at least 7 years of relevant experience.

• Previous experience in credit underwriting.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong organizational capabilities.

• Solid analytical skills.
