Senior Relationship Manager – Corporate Banking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Oversee corporate banking loan relationships across various complexities.

• Develop new business opportunities and establish strong relationships.

• Accountable for the origination, negotiation, structuring, pricing, underwriting, and finalization of loans.

• Administer a sophisticated Corporate loan portfolio, ensuring optimal loan quality for the organization.

• Work in conjunction with portfolio managers to facilitate proactive monitoring of credit quality.

• Interact with borrowers to generate ideas and identify opportunities for relationship expansion.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (4 years or equivalent) in business, finance, or a related discipline.

• Over 10 years of experience in Corporate Banking.

• Possession of securities licenses.

• In-depth knowledge of commercial lending credit, underwriting, and loan structuring techniques.

• Exceptional analytical skills for evaluating financial and cash flow analyses.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
