Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• You serve as the operational core of a dynamic Amazon agency Pod.

• Your role involves maintaining account health, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting your team daily.

• Manage Listing Content & SEO for 10-15 Amazon brand accounts.

• Generate ideas for main image optimization and collaborate with the Graphic Designer.

• Oversee daily Seller Central operations, including account management responsibilities.

• Address technical inquiries and provide operational updates to clients.

• Manage daily tasks effectively using ClickUp.

• Formulate growth strategies that align with client objectives and create reporting documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with Amazon Seller Central.

• Excellent written communication skills — ensuring clients are always informed.

• Knowledge of SEO: including keyword research, listing copy, and indexation.

• Highly organized, deadline-focused, and committed to a zero-ghost policy on client communications.

• Enthusiastic about AI tools and automation — approaching them with confidence.

• Capable of managing 10–12 accounts while coordinating the daily tasks of a Graphic Designer.

• Naturally proactive — you identify opportunities rather than just providing status updates.
