This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.
• Act as the main point of contact for strategic client accounts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and addressing complex relational needs.
• Develop and deliver Visual Analytics dashboards and investment reports to facilitate client decision-making and fulfill fiduciary responsibilities.
• Provide mentorship and support to junior Relationship Managers, sharing best practices and fostering professional growth.
• Conduct plan reviews and provide strategic advice to enhance plan design, investment strategies, and client engagement.
• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; MBA is preferred.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in the financial services sector.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 or 65 is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of financial products and analytics tools.
• Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Capacity to navigate intricate client dynamics.
• Advanced understanding of products.
• Ability to mentor others effectively.
