• Deliver exceptional service and foster enduring relationships with high-net-worth, self-directed investing clients.
• Oversee relationships with strategic CIBC clients who have complex needs.
• Generate leads and develop your own business portfolio through proactive outreach, presentations, networking, and closing sales opportunities that are referred to you.
• Inform clients about pertinent trading policies and procedures by utilizing your extensive product and market expertise.
• Create and manage a portfolio of over 200 high-net-worth households, offering tailored service and focus.
• Convert leads obtained from valued partners into new business opportunities effectively.
• Seek and nurture referral prospects from both new and existing clients through proactive engagement with clients and partners.
• Address customer complaints and inquiries with the goal of achieving first-call resolution.
• Current accreditation and good standing in the Canadian Securities Course (CSC).
• Good standing in the Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH).
• Good standing in the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing (DFOL) course.
• Additional qualifications such as an MBA or CFA are considered advantageous.
• Experience in Sales and Relationship Management with 3-4 years of relevant background.
• Working knowledge of market conditions and trends in both Canadian and U.S. stock and bond markets.
• Multi-lingual skills are beneficial; fluency in English is required, with French, Mandarin, and/or Cantonese fluency being desirable.
