Senior Regulatory Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and implement regulatory strategies that facilitate supply growth while proactively managing risks.

• Oversee the creation and execution of efficiently scaled programs across specific compliance areas.

• Establish an operational framework and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure initiatives remain on schedule, while maintaining thorough project documentation.

• Evaluate strategic opportunities for risk mitigation across various jurisdictions, collaborating with Engineering, Data Science, Policy, and Legal to align roadmaps and ensure successful execution with measurable outcomes.

• Assist in strategic projects aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the Operations team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in regulatory operations, legal/policy compliance, consulting, project management, or related fields.

• Proactive approach to tasks with a sense of urgency, capable of quickly adjusting priorities in response to unexpected changes to meet project objectives.

• Demonstrated success in navigating a complex organizational structure and fostering relationships to achieve objectives with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, data science, and policy.

• Strong analytical abilities, including the use of data to diagnose issues, communicate opportunities, and make informed choices. SQL knowledge is advantageous.

• Ability to make decisions that balance immediate gains with long-term strategic goals.

• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and quality.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, along with excellent presentation skills.

• Inquisitive and open-minded self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and risk, and is enthusiastic about dynamic changes.
