This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Systematically maintain compliance files and technical documentation.
• Organize and uphold filing systems along with document control structures.
• Rename, merge, and refresh compliance files and folder organization.
• Ensure that Declarations of Conformity are kept current.
• Verify warning labels, care instructions, barcodes, and country of origin details against compliance checklists.
• Record customer quality complaints and monitor product defects.
• Facilitate the coordination of product samples between suppliers and testing labs.
• Follow up with suppliers and laboratories for testing reports and necessary documentation.
• Oversee social audits with suppliers and maintain testing schedules.
• Communicate with international suppliers and labs to address outstanding documentation.
• Handle outbound calls to suppliers and laboratories as needed.
• Input and maintain product information within the ERP system.
• Upload social audit data into Microsoft Dynamics AX.
• Upload compliance and quality information into Salsify.
• Assist with data entry related to chemical assessments.
• Coordinate renewals for the Electrical Equipment Safety System for approval.
• Generate weekly compliance reports and track pending documentation.
• Demonstrated administrative and data entry experience in a corporate setting.
• Background in compliance, quality assurance, procurement, or supply chain administration.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to accurately manage substantial volumes of data.
• Strong written English communication skills for professional email correspondence.
• Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
• Capability to systematically follow processes, checklists, and critical paths.
• Confidence in communicating via phone and email with international stakeholders.
• Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Previous experience with product compliance, testing standards, or ethical sourcing.
• Familiarity with social audits or testing standards.
• Prior experience utilizing ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics AX.
• Experience with PIM systems like Salsify.
