This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Administer controlled documents, including policies, procedures, templates, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Facilitate document reviews, manage version control, and oversee approvals and updates.
• Monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Assist with Project Management Office (PMO) governance and the standardization of processes.
• Provide support for frameworks such as CMMI, CMMC, ISO 9001, ISO 20000, ISO 27001, and those required by customers.
• Manage evidence repositories and compliance-related documentation.
• Coordinate the collection of evidence and ensure readiness for audits.
• Track remediation efforts and gap assessments.
• Supervise contract deliverables and reporting obligations.
• Maintain compliance calendars and milestones.
• Assist with startup, transition, and closure activities.
• Analyze contract requirements to determine operational impacts.
• Monitor compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA), Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and Quality Control Plans.
• Plan and organize internal audits.
• Support external certification audits.
• Track findings until resolution.
• Generate audit reports and executive summaries.
• Evaluate project documentation for quality and thoroughness.
• Aid in governance reviews and project health evaluations.
• Maintain PMO templates and standards.
• Document lessons learned and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Create dashboards for compliance, audits, certifications, contract performance, and PMO maturity.
• Deliver monthly reports to executives.
• Manage centralized compliance repositories.
• Support document retention policies.
• Ensure templates and policies are up-to-date.
• 3 to 7 years of experience in PMO, Quality, Compliance, or Program Management.
• Experience with government contract support.
• Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with coordinating audits or compliance initiatives.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with ISO, CMMI, CMMC, NIST 800-171, and NIST 800-53.
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power BI, or Smartsheet.
