Commercial Compliance Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Review, revise, and process commercial contracts, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), customer agreements, property management agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and service contracts.

• Maintain the repository of commercial contracts and monitor renewals, expirations, and significant contract milestones.

• Coordinate requests for Certificates of Insurance (COI), including renewals and tracking with both carriers and customers.

• Route executed contracts for signatures from officers and oversee the signature workflow.

• Review extensive Requests for Proposals (RFPs) before submission to identify risk terms, compliance triggers, scope gaps, and unfavorable language prior to bids being sent out.

• Prepare pre-bid checklists, bid bonds, and performance bonds in collaboration with the commercial and operations teams.

• Oversee the daily administration of SavATree's GSA Multiple Award Schedule contract (GS-21F-0149V), which includes modifications, price adjustments, and compliance with MAS regulations.

• Submit quarterly GSA sales reports and Industrial Funding Fee (IFF) remittances on time.

• Prepare for and respond to GSA audits, including Contractor Assessments and reviews by Industrial Operations Analysts (IOA).

• Capture and document wage determinations during the contract and RFP stages, prior to the commencement of work.

• Experience in contract administration, compliance, or commercial operations.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
