Senior Regional Sales Manager – DFS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and create new market strategies and business prospects.

• Achieve and surpass projected sales targets for financial volume while ensuring overall company profitability is considered.

• Cultivate, maintain, and oversee customer relationships and corresponding transactions through consistent personal visits to growers and dealer/manufacturer sales teams.

• Collaborate directly with dealer sales teams by providing training on DFS procedures and programs, updating this training as procedures and programs evolve.

• Spearhead the creation of tailored financing solutions that empower dealers to increase their market share.

• Propel revenue growth by offering customer-centric financing solutions that adapt to the changing needs of dealers.

• Act as a reliable advisor to dealers by structuring financing options that promote long-term customer success.

• Comprehend and comply with all company policies, laws, and regulations relevant to the role.

• Demonstrate professional conduct, punctuality, and attendance, showcasing a strong dedication to customer service and fostering positive working relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Business, Marketing, Business Communications, or a related/applicable discipline.

• An agricultural background that includes familiarity with farm machinery and/or operations.

• A professional history in sales with at least 8+ years of practical, hands-on experience.

• Knowledge of finance and insurance products is a plus.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.

• Capability to establish and sustain relationships.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficient in Salesforce and the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Candidates must have unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.
