This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Oversee communication with accounts, emphasizing the strategic aspects of the relationships.
• Foster the culture, values, and success of the organization by building strong connections with direct reports, fellow sales team members, distributors, and clients.
• Demonstrate exemplary standards in communication, behavior, and business execution.
• Manage the growth and retention of designated accounts while ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Address a range of issues where the analysis of situations or data necessitates the assessment of various factors, including an understanding of prevailing business trends.
• Lead strategy formulation.
• Oversee program coordination.
• Supervise contract negotiations.
• Support the sales team by recruiting, selecting, onboarding, and training new employees.
• Enhance team performance by mentoring and coaching staff; planning, monitoring, and assessing outcomes.
• Serve as a consultant to subordinates to meet timelines and/or resolve technical issues.
• Maintain professional and technical expertise.
• Contribute to team success by achieving related outcomes as necessary.
• A bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience.
• Background in semiconductor product sales.
• Demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and cultivate relationships.
• Experience in promoting and advising across an organization.
• Strong analytical and data presentation skills.
• Proven track record of establishing credibility with executives and managers.
• Excellent negotiation abilities.
• Strong decision-making skills.
• Willingness to travel.
• Familiarity with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience in directly leading teams (Preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of the territory and customers (Preferred).
• Experience in sourcing and hiring talented sales professionals (Preferred).
