This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Oversee communication with accounts, emphasizing the strategic importance of the relationship.
• Foster the culture, values, and achievements of the company by building strong relationships with direct reports, other members of the sales team, distributors, and customers.
• Demonstrate exemplary standards in communication, behavior, and business execution.
• Manage the growth and retention of assigned accounts while ensuring continuous customer service.
• Address diverse issues where the analysis of situations or data necessitates the evaluation of various factors, including an understanding of prevailing business trends.
• Direct strategy formulation.
• Oversee program coordination.
• Supervise contract negotiations.
• Enhance the sales team by recruiting, selecting, onboarding, and training new employees.
• Propel team performance through guidance and coaching; planning, monitoring, and assessing results.
• Serve as a mentor to subordinates to meet deadlines and address technical concerns.
• Maintain professional and technical expertise.
• Contribute to team objectives by achieving related outcomes as necessary.
• A bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience.
• Background in semiconductor product sales.
• Demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and cultivate relationships.
• Experience in promoting and consulting across various organizational levels.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data presentation.
• Established track record of gaining credibility with executives and managers.
• Exceptional negotiation abilities.
• Strong decision-making skills.
• Willingness to travel.
• Familiarity with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
