This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +4 more states.
• Take ownership of and expand a multi-market territory with a revenue target exceeding $3M, effectively balancing incoming opportunities with proactive, self-generated business initiatives.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with hotels, venues, and essential partners across various destinations.
• Serve as a regional representative for Access, enhancing brand visibility and market footprint.
• Facilitate client discussions encompassing site inspections, presentations, and strategic planning sessions.
• Collaborate closely with creative and event teams to craft persuasive and actionable proposals.
• Work in conjunction with national sales and local market teams to ensure coherence and successful program execution.
• Monitor and manage key performance indicators, including pipeline status, conversion rates, and regional revenue outcomes.
• 2 to 5 years of demonstrated sales success in a consultative environment, ideally within the hospitality or events sector.
• Self-driven, customer-centric, and collaborative team player.
• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
• Enthusiasm for the hospitality and special events field.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM.
