This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Oversee marketing initiatives within the EMEA region by developing comprehensive program plans and executing integrated campaigns that further Sales and Ecosystem objectives.
• Create and implement field marketing strategies throughout the region, utilizing both in-person and digital methods to engage target audiences and enhance pipeline growth.
• Continuously test, learn, and refine programs to establish best practices and adapt regional marketing in response to changing business needs.
• Assess performance and articulate the impact of regional marketing initiatives to various audiences, including local leadership and executive stakeholders, customizing insights for each group.
• Enhance return on investment through careful planning, measurement, and management of regional marketing budgets and financial processes.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to implement demand generation and field marketing plans in partnership with Sales, Product, and other Marketing teams.
• Collaborate with external agencies and third-party partners to strategize, manage, and execute campaigns and events across the EMEA region.
• Assist in refining processes within the Regional Marketing organization, with travel required up to 50% in accordance with company policy.
• Background in B2B technology marketing, emphasizing field or regional marketing with close collaboration alongside Sales teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in creating and implementing marketing programs that blend strategic planning with a strong focus on operational detail.
• Innovative mindset and eagerness to develop new programs from the ground up, contributing fresh ideas and practical solutions to regional campaigns.
• A data-oriented approach, with experience leveraging results and performance insights to inform decisions, fine-tune tactics, and shape strategy.
• Experience managing territory budgets, including resource allocation across various tactics and responsible spending oversight.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities, capable of translating complex concepts into clear content, presentations, and stakeholder updates.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders, work autonomously with minimal supervision, and foster trust across teams.
• Proficiency in essential collaboration and CRM tools such as Salesforce, Slack, and Google Workspace to facilitate program execution and cross-functional coordination.
• Familiarity with marketing automation, reporting, and project management tools, along with an understanding of Agile, DevOps, or software development lifecycle methodologies.
