This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and develop a data-driven marketing strategy for the Central region aimed at achieving pipeline and revenue goals, while presenting plans and outcomes to sales and marketing leadership.
• Lead digital marketing campaigns, regional conferences and roadshows, webinars, and account-based marketing initiatives, modifying the program mix in response to pipeline performance.
• Guide regional partner marketing activities and collaborate on joint marketing planning.
• Assess and report on the effectiveness and ROI of regional campaigns utilizing marketing automation and CRM data, providing KPI reports and recommendations to leadership.
• Act as the primary marketing partner for regional sales leadership by creating tailored collateral, presentations, outreach templates, and engaging in co-marketing with channel partners.
• Oversee and manage the regional marketing budget, including forecasting, allocation, and reconciliation tasks.
• Provide go-to-market guidance across BDR, partner, sales, and corporate marketing teams for the Central region.
• Willingness to travel a minimum of 30%.
• Candidates must be residents of a Midwest/TOLA/Heartlands state.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in B2B regional or field marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to independently create and implement market-specific strategies that yield measurable pipeline and revenue results.
• Proficient with a major marketing automation platform, such as Marketo or HubSpot, and a CRM tool like Salesforce.
• Proven experience in designing and executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns.
• Experience in managing and reconciling a regional marketing budget.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Preferred: experience in technology, cybersecurity, or SaaS sectors.
• Preferred: experience in leading regional trade shows and customer events.
• Preferred: experience in localizing corporate content and case studies.
• Preferred: experience in presenting regional strategies and results to senior sales and marketing leadership.
• Preferred: experience in mentoring or guiding members of the regional marketing team.
• Preferred: a post-graduate degree (e.g., MBA) or equivalent advanced experience.
