
Senior Regional Manager – Data Centers, Power Stability Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take responsibility for achieving or surpassing a designated operational plan.
• Formulate and implement a commercial strategy for the sales of stability solutions tailored for data centers in the North American market, including battery energy storage systems (BESS), energy management systems (EMS), and medium voltage uninterruptible power supplies (UPS).
• Ensure precise forecasting of orders and convertible orders within your account portfolio and accurately reflect this in Salesforce.com.
• Cultivate day-to-day relationships and offer transactional support.
• Collaborate with selected sales personnel from GE Vernova across the region to execute joint account strategies and secure synergy orders.
• Create and implement a comprehensive growth strategy with integrated approaches for GE throughout the region.
• Foster strategic customer relationships with key decision-makers to support the sales team’s strategic objectives, including power developers, data center developers, independent power producers, and co-locators.
• Facilitate the identification, prospecting, and development of new sales opportunities.
• Assist your customers with sales initiatives and help them recognize new opportunities.
• Oversee activities and provide leadership to establish individual sales strategies while obtaining necessary approvals for pricing and delivery.
• Negotiate contracts as needed.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitive activities, product requirements, and customer demographics.
• Partner with Marketing to devise project-specific sales strategies for designated customers.
• Relay feedback to the leadership team to ensure ongoing growth.
• Manage expenses within a specified budget.
• Own the accounts within the region; accountable for nurturing relationships at all organizational levels; developing and tracking growth plans; marketing initiatives; and training.
• Manage, sustain, and expand accounts in the region to meet quarterly and annual targets.
• Ensure that GE-provided leads are followed up on and converted into orders.
• Uphold global compliance standards; collaborate with the compliance manager to conduct due diligence activities.
• Supply market feedback, competitive intelligence, and hit-rate data to business and sales leadership.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field from an accredited university or college.
• At least 6 years of experience in Sales, Commercial Operations, Engineering, or Technical Engineering.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Developer and Utilities Markets.
• Familiarity with Data Center Markets and Portfolios.
• Capability and willingness to maintain a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Willingness to travel across North America 50% of the time.
