This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement a regional sales strategy that aligns with corporate goals, ensuring effective communication and coordination within the team.
• Drive accountability towards performance metrics, including patient identification, enrollments, pull-through rates, and treatment initiations.
• Lead, mentor, and nurture a team of six QTLs, providing ongoing field engagement, performance management, and career advancement opportunities.
• Foster and strengthen a high-performance culture rooted in ownership, urgency, and effective execution.
• Transform national strategies into practical regional and territory-specific business plans.
• Perform regular field visits, conduct business reviews, and facilitate coaching sessions to enhance clinical knowledge and sales effectiveness.
• Identify and eliminate obstacles to patient access, collaborating across functions to drive solutions at both the site and system levels.
• Collaborate closely with Market Access, Patient Services, Medical, Marketing, and Operations to ensure seamless execution throughout the patient journey.
• Utilize data and insights to track performance, identify gaps, and implement targeted actions.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory, legal, and company policies.
• Maintain extensive knowledge in gene therapy, hematology, and relevant disease states.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Over 10 years of experience in the healthcare or biotechnology sector.
• 5–10 years of leadership experience with a proven history of building and managing high-performing teams.
• Experience in rare diseases, hematology, oncology, or cell and gene therapy is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in navigating complex hospital and health system environments.
• Strong understanding of payer, reimbursement, and access dynamics.
• Proven capability to operate cross-functionally and influence others without formal authority.
• Exceptional communication skills and strong executive presence.
• Proficiency in using CRM and data analytics tools (e.g., Veeva, Power BI).
• Willingness to travel 4 days a week.
• Must be located within the East region.
