Senior Recruitment Specialist, Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uruguay.

📋 Description

• Collaborate directly with senior leadership to influence hiring choices.

• Take ownership of the complete recruitment cycle for marketing positions.

• Perform company and market analysis to pinpoint top talent.

• Utilize and oversee ATS and sourcing tools to enhance candidate sourcing effectiveness.

• Work closely with Hiring Managers through regular meetings to ensure alignment on role specifications.

• Develop enticing, high-quality job advertisements to attract suitable candidates.

• Monitor and improve recruitment metrics using data and analytics.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience managing comprehensive talent acquisition processes, especially for marketing roles in fast-paced settings.

• Profound knowledge of marketing positions, particularly in digital marketing, growth, acquisition, and creative strategy.

• Capability to analyze data and market trends to guide sourcing and recruitment approaches.

• Proven ability to evaluate candidates’ cultural fit and alignment with the organization’s values.

• Proven track record of adhering to established processes, along with outstanding organizational skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in both English and Spanish.
