This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle for designated projects.
• Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, endorsements, and the offer process.
• Ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of candidates that meet client expectations.
• Streamline recruitment processes while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
• Identify candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, referrals, and proactive outreach methods.
• Develop and sustain talent pipelines for both current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct comprehensive video interviews.
• Assess candidates based on their technical capabilities, communication skills, cultural fit, and client specifications.
• Act as the primary contact for assigned recruitment projects.
• Provide consistent updates on hiring progress, market insights, and recruitment advice.
• Keep precise candidate records and update pipelines in Workable and other recruitment systems.
• Work closely with other recruiters and leadership to devise effective delivery strategies.
• Regularly meet recruitment KPIs and project delivery goals.
• Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in an agency or fast-paced recruitment setting.
• Significant experience managing global or offshore recruitment projects, especially for AU, US, or international clients.
• Capability to handle multiple recruitment projects concurrently.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills across various platforms.
• Exceptional English communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, Indeed, or similar ATS tools.
• Proficient interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.
• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and effective time management.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Leadership or mentoring experience is considered a significant advantage.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• A minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience.
• Experience in recruiting for remote, technical, corporate, and professional services positions.
• Experience working with Australian clients or in the Australian recruitment sector is highly preferred.
• A background in agency recruitment or RPO environments is highly desirable.
• Proven success in placements and client management.
