Senior Recruitment and Selection Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process for strategic, technical, corporate, and leadership roles;

• Serve as a consultant to leadership in developing candidate profiles and attraction strategies;

• Execute market mapping and strategic sourcing for more complex positions;

• Establish and sustain talent pipelines while anticipating future business requirements;

• Plan and execute Employer Branding initiatives;

• Create, assess, and enhance recruitment processes, practices, and tools;

• Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring managers;

• Offer technical support to junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in recruitment, managing end-to-end hiring processes;

• Proven track record in recruiting for strategic roles, leadership positions, or high-complexity profiles;

• Expertise in sourcing, market mapping, and developing talent pipelines;

• Experience in enhancing or structuring recruitment processes;

• Ability to provide consultative support to managers and leaders;

• Familiarity with tools such as ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Gupy;

• Excellent communication, organizational, autonomy, and prioritization skills;

• Strong business acumen and capability to build relationships;

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields.
