This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Achieve or surpass daily and weekly recruitment activity and placement targets to expand and maintain a robust network of travel clinicians.
• Identify and engage nursing and allied health clinicians utilizing AMN’s applicant tracking system (ATS) through proactive phone calls, email marketing campaigns, and follow-up outreach.
• Engage in consultative discussions with clinicians to comprehend their current circumstances, career aspirations, availability, and assignment preferences.
• Assess clinicians for travel positions based on their licensure, availability, clinical competencies, experience, and overall job compatibility.
• Develop actionable plans that cater to clinicians' career needs by informing them about future opportunities, market trends, and realistic timelines, demonstrating how travel can effectively align with their long-term professional goals.
• Negotiate compensation to create an attractive and competitive compensation package.
• Provide candidate information to Account Managers for interviews and to fulfill current client vacancies.
• Proven experience in recruiting, sourcing, or placing candidates within a sales, healthcare staffing, or recruitment setting.
• Capability to meet performance metrics in a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environment.
• Familiarity with utilizing an applicant tracking system (ATS) or CRM to oversee candidate pipelines and documentation.
