Senior Recruiting Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Assist with recruitment efforts throughout Europe, with a primary focus on France and additional support for the UK & Ireland, Switzerland, and Poland.

• Provide guidance to business leaders, HR teams, and Centers of Excellence regarding recruitment strategies.

• Oversee recruiting priorities across Europe, including sourcing, engaging, and securing talent for roles in France and the UK & Ireland.

• Develop targeted talent pipelines, implement sourcing campaigns, engage with passive candidates, and advise stakeholders on market availability.

• Act as a trusted advisor by delivering data-driven updates and market insights.

• Manage the entire recruitment process from stakeholder intake, sourcing, and assessment to candidate communication, interview coordination, offer support, and onboarding readiness.

• Utilize Huron’s interview framework to evaluate candidate qualifications and ensure timely communication throughout the process.


⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree or equivalent professional experience.

• At least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, showcasing successful delivery across Europe.

• Strong consultative partnership abilities with business leaders, HR, and Centers of Excellence.

• Extensive experience in recruiting within the French market, including knowledge of candidate expectations, sourcing channels, employment practices, and local hiring factors.

• Understanding of recruitment-related employment law and compliance issues across relevant European markets.

• Proficiency in French is highly preferred; professional fluency in English is required.

• Capability to manage competing priorities both independently and collaboratively.

• Proficient in MS Office, ATS platforms such as Workday, LinkedIn, and advanced sourcing methodologies.

• Experience in agency, managed services, consulting, or professional services is highly desirable.
