Senior Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete recruitment process for managerial, director, and VP-level positions

• Collaborate closely with division leaders and hiring managers

• Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies for senior and specialized talent

• Oversee the entire candidate journey from initial outreach to final offer

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in full-cycle recruiting

• Proven experience in hiring for paid media, CRM/lifecycle, and/or creative roles

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment

• Proficiency with ATS systems (experience with Ashby is a plus)
