This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process from initial discovery to the offer stage, enhancing hiring efforts in North America and LATAM during peak recruitment periods.
• Manage multiple open positions concurrently while ensuring strong visibility of the candidate pipeline.
• Discover and engage passive candidates through focused sourcing strategies and direct outreach efforts.
• Perform talent market mapping and conduct competitive analysis of talent.
• Create proactive talent pipelines to address both current and future hiring requirements.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to grasp hiring priorities and the specific requirements of roles.
• Keep precise, audit-ready candidate information within Workday or similar ATS platforms, adhering to OFCCP and EEO regulations.
• Leverage recruiting metrics and pipeline analytics to monitor progress and enhance hiring results.
• At least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in multiple languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese.
• Experience with Workday or comparable enterprise ATS platforms.
• Background in Life Sciences, Medical Device, or other regulated government sectors.
• Proven experience recruiting across various business functions within a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
• Knowledge of modern sourcing tools, talent intelligence platforms, or AI-driven recruiting technologies.
