Senior Recruiter – Pharma R&D

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Facilitate comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to identify position specifications, while providing pertinent market data and recommendations.

• Work in collaboration with internal stakeholders and departments to design and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.

• Assess candidate profiles against job requirements and present strong candidate slates, all while building robust talent pipelines.

• Maintain candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process by offering timely updates regarding their progress.

• Collaborate with hiring leaders to establish offer details, utilizing market data and compensation guidelines to inform recommendations.

• Guide and mentor Recruiters and other team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred.

• Extensive recruiting experience, with proven successes in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.

• Proficiency in recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools is essential.

• Understanding of standard Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics associated with talent acquisition.

• Experience in pharmaceutical R&D is required.

• Must be self-motivated and naturally inquisitive.

• Strong consulting skills and the ability to drive processes effectively.

• Familiarity with OFCCP (US) regulations is necessary.

• Experience sourcing candidates using various tools is expected.

• Fluency in French is required.
