This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Utilize strategic planning data to implement a creative, function-specific talent acquisition strategy that fosters a robust external talent pool in alignment with The Home Depot's recruitment goals.

• Gather industry insights and competitive market analysis to inform potential modifications to the staffing strategy.

• Conduct full lifecycle recruiting, including the development of sourcing strategies with a strong emphasis on diversity.

• Aid in establishing screening criteria and executing the processes of screening, interviewing, and negotiating salaries.

• Maintain ongoing communication with all relevant business partners to execute all associated Talent Acquisition functions.

• Address any communication gaps to ensure effective and efficient staffing.

• Implement recruitment strategies to meet staffing metrics encompassing candidate quality, candidate throughput, and timely offers.

• Deliver status updates on staffing metrics, including reviews of open requisition status and candidate throughput.

• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with all relevant stakeholders to achieve talent acquisition objectives.

• Collaborate with appropriate teams to identify and resolve issues.

• Develop tailored sourcing strategies for functional areas and execute them accordingly.


⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen years of age.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

• A minimum of 5 years of corporate Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in Technical recruiting.

• Proficient in recruiting practices and possess expert knowledge of internet search tools and effective sourcing techniques.

• Demonstrated experience in creating and implementing a variety of recruiting initiatives.

• Knowledge, skills, and abilities typically obtained through the completion of a bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification in a related field.

• Bilingual in Spanish is advantageous.

• Preferred experience in corporate recruitment for a retailer (e.g., IT, HR, Legal, Merchandising, etc.).
