Senior Recruiter, Manufacturing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Facilitate comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to identify position specifications, offering pertinent market insights and recommendations.

• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and departments to create and oversee recruitment marketing and sourcing initiatives.

• Assess candidate profiles based on position criteria and present robust candidate slates while cultivating talent pipelines.

• Maintain candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process by providing timely updates on their status.

• Collaborate with hiring leaders to finalize offer details, utilizing market data and compensation guidelines to inform recommendations.

• Provide mentorship to Recruiters and other team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Extensive recruiting experience with proven achievements in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.

• Proficiency in recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms.

• Understanding of standard Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.

• Experience working in a Tech company is a plus.
