• Conduct comprehensive life-cycle recruiting through various sourcing techniques.
• Responsible for attracting high-caliber talent and building a robust candidate pipeline.
• Oversee open job requisitions, update the Workday ATS, and report on achievements.
• Gather and disseminate industry insights, market trends, data, and analytics.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure that job postings are clear and suitable.
• Engage in refining and evaluating recruiting processes to enhance quality.
• Formulate recruiting strategies from both tactical and strategic viewpoints.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of business requirements and key success factors.
• Over 5 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, including more than 2 years in-house recruiting.
• At least 2 years of experience in recruiting for senior-level positions.
• Demonstrated success as a Senior Recruiter, employing both creative and traditional sourcing methods.
• Proficient in LinkedIn, including LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media platforms.
• Previous experience in sales recruiting within a high-volume environment.
• Excellent social, organizational, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Capable of building rapport with candidates and hiring managers at all levels.
• Ability to operate with a strong sense of urgency while maintaining flexibility.
• Proactive, results-driven attitude with the capability to prioritize tasks effectively.
