Senior Recruiter – GTM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process across various business areas.

• Act as a strategic ally to hiring managers by developing hiring strategies, composing job descriptions, and facilitating interview procedures.

• Create and maintain a pipeline of diverse, mission-focused talent through direct sourcing, referrals, and innovative outreach methods.

• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact to job offer.

• Utilize data to analyze pipeline health, time-to-fill, and quality of hire metrics, fostering enhancements through insights.

• Promote equity and inclusion throughout every phase of the recruitment process.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a rapidly growing tech or healthcare setting.

• Demonstrated experience collaborating directly with hiring managers and senior leadership to influence hiring strategies.

• Proven track record of sourcing and successfully closing high-caliber candidates across various business functions.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management abilities.
