Senior Recruiter – Enterprise Talent Connection

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a versatile recruiting resource, assigned to various requisitions across multiple teams based on business needs and hiring volume.

• Quickly adapt to new functional areas, role types, and hiring leaders, acquiring sufficient context to provide effective consultation and advance searches.

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for designated requisitions, facilitating efficient and effective searches in dynamic or high-volume settings.

• Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with hiring managers and partners in a remote environment.

• Provide structured interview frameworks to hiring leaders and collect relevant, standardized interview feedback to minimize bias and ensure a consistent, equitable candidate experience.

• Modify recruiting strategies to align with diverse business requirements while ensuring consistency in processes, experiences, and outcomes.

• Utilize proactive sourcing, market insights, and internal resources to swiftly identify and engage talent.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter, creating and executing comprehensive sourcing and recruitment strategies.

• Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, juggling multiple searches and adapting to changing priorities simultaneously.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Strong consultation and influencing skills.

• Proven track record in meeting recruitment goals, including time-to-fill, volume, quality, and internal hiring targets.

• Commitment to fostering strong, collaborative working relationships with clients and colleagues across various departments, levels, and geographical areas.
