This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Facilitate comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to identify position specifications, offering pertinent market insights and suggestions.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and departments to design and implement recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
• Assess candidate profiles in relation to position requirements and present robust candidate slates while establishing talent pipelines.
• Maintain candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process by providing timely updates on their status.
• Collaborate with hiring leaders to finalize offer details, utilizing market data and compensation guidelines to inform recommendations.
• Provide mentorship to recruiters and other team members.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Extensive recruiting experience, showcasing achievements in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment with 8+ years of experience.
• Proficiency with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (EIGHTFOLD or ORACLE) and social media platforms.
• Understanding of fundamental Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics associated with talent acquisition.
• Experience in Engineering (Manufacturing) within the last 5 years is essential.
