This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.
• Take charge of the complete recruitment process for global business and corporate functions, including Operations, Finance, Marketing, Creative, HR, Legal, the CEO Office, and other essential areas.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior executives to establish hiring priorities, organizational needs, role specifications, and workforce planning strategies.
• Serve as a trusted talent advisor by offering market intelligence, compensation insights, hiring suggestions, and trends in the talent market.
• Spearhead recruitment efforts for senior, specialized, confidential, and crucial positions across various regions.
• Create and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier passive candidates in competitive talent markets.
• Develop and sustain robust talent pipelines across key business functions to meet both current and future hiring requirements.
• Conduct talent mapping activities across targeted companies, industries, and markets.
• Cultivate a strong understanding of global labor markets, compensation trends, and talent availability across different countries.
• Mentor and support junior recruiters, enhancing their sourcing effectiveness, candidate assessment quality, and stakeholder management skills.
• Establish recruiting best practices, interview calibration standards, sourcing frameworks, and hiring processes across business functions.
• Assess recruitment performance, pipeline quality, and hiring outcomes to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of ATS data, candidate records, and recruitment reporting.
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as pipeline health, time-to-hire, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rates, and hiring quality.
• Guarantee a professional, positive, and consistent candidate experience throughout all recruitment phases.
• 5-8 years of comprehensive recruitment experience across various business and corporate functions.
• Proven track record in recruiting for areas such as Operations, Finance, Marketing, Creative, HR, Legal, Strategy, Consulting, the CEO Office, or other critical business roles.
• Demonstrated capability in hiring for senior, specialized, and challenging positions across multiple markets.
• Strong proficiency in sourcing passive candidates utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, talent mapping, referrals, and other advanced sourcing methods.
• Experience in managing multiple high-priority requisitions concurrently while ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence hiring decisions and question hiring assumptions when necessary.
• Experience collaborating with senior leaders on hiring strategies, organizational design discussions, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Mentoring, coaching, or guiding junior recruiters is highly regarded.
• Familiarity with global hiring practices, compensation structures, and recruitment across various countries.
• Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
• Exceptional communication, project management, and relationship-building skills.
• Prior experience in high-growth technology companies, startups, internet businesses, consulting firms, or rapidly scaling organizations is strongly preferred.
