Senior Recruiter – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle while ensuring an exceptional experience for both candidates and applicants;

• Build lasting relationships with candidates for both current and future job openings;

• Strategically engage the market to assist Bloom clients in attracting, evaluating, and hiring a more diverse workforce;

• Provide a care-oriented approach throughout the application and candidate journey;

• Counsel clients on team building with a focus on inclusivity;

• Promote a thoughtful and values-driven methodology to aid our clients in their hiring processes;

• Deliver regular updates and shared analytics to Bloom clients;

• Utilize your creative sourcing skills to develop diverse candidate pipelines.

• Be a strategic thinker who approaches new challenges with a problem-solving attitude;

• Utilize a multichannel recruitment strategy: inbound, outbound, referrals, social media, etc.;

• Understand the power dynamics within the hiring process and strive to eliminate barriers for marginalized and underrepresented groups;

• Feel at ease calling in hiring managers and team members when assessing candidates with a bias perspective;

• Maintain a thoughtful approach to celebrating individuals embarking on new career paths.
