Senior Recruiter, Bilingual

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• The Senior Recruiter is tasked with ensuring Service Excellence throughout the entire recruitment process.

• Acting as a brand ambassador for their clients, the Senior Recruiter collaborates closely with hiring managers in a consultative role.

• Committed to sourcing top talent for hiring managers while maintaining proactive and timely updates regarding the progress of the search.

• Expected to remain informed about industry and market-specific information or trends that may influence the recruitment process.

• Serve as a mentor to Recruiters and other team members.

• Exhibit creativity and innovative thinking in their search methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience in the US market, preferably within the manufacturing sector.

• Proficient in English.
