This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Conduct a thorough discussion with the hiring leader to define the specifics of the position.
• Promptly assess applicants who have submitted their applications through the applicant tracking system.
• Design and implement impactful recruitment marketing campaigns tailored to the job opening.
• Identify candidates through resume databases and networking platforms using advanced Boolean search techniques.
• Source candidates via social media avenues and in-depth web sourcing methods.
• Create targeted lists of passive candidates utilizing membership subscriptions and available technologies.
• Seek and pursue referrals from professional networks and/or internal contacts.
• Leverage proprietary software for mobile and email outreach to talent communities.
• Employ a strategic combination of media to engage with the talent community (phone, email, campaigning, network introductions, and social media).
• Present value propositions that are uniquely tailored to each candidate's situation and interest level in the position.
• Equip candidates for interviews by providing logistical details, interview schedules, suitable attire advice, and expectations for follow-up from the recruiter, along with additional guidance as necessary.
• Ensure timely updates are provided to all candidates regarding the status of their applications and interviews.
• Maintain a strong awareness of the interest levels and/or concerns of top candidates throughout the process.
• Conduct professional and insightful phone interviews infused with industry/role-specific probing questions as per the conversation/interview flow.
• Navigate challenging conversations to gather relevant information.
• Compare candidate phone interview notes and skill assessments with requisition specifications to assess candidate suitability for the role.
• Consider factors related to candidate fit within the team and cultural alignment.
• Administer skills testing as necessary and evaluate results (if the process requires).
• Review background and reference information (if the process requires).
• Keep candidates engaged throughout the process.
• Continuously develop a talent pipeline to ensure a pool of multiple candidates is available at all times.
• Keep the hiring manager informed of any market changes that may affect the hiring process or talent community.
• Clearly communicate a job offer and encourage candidate acceptance.
• Collaborate with the hiring manager to ensure the offer is accepted by the candidate.
• Comply strictly with all regulations (OFCCP and other compliance standards set forth).
• Exhibit expertise in the segment/practice/industry.
• Work to provide a strong candidate slate for each requisition.
• Deliver accurate and regular reports on recruiting activities.
• Identify perceived challenges with searches and research solutions through collaboration with leadership (and the hiring manager as appropriate).
• Communicate proactively and regularly regarding the status of each search to the hiring manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience in the US market, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
• Proficiency in English.
