This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Accountable for ensuring Service Excellence throughout the entire recruitment cycle.

• Serves as a brand ambassador for clients and collaborates with hiring managers in a consultative role.

• Dedicated to providing top-tier talent for hiring managers while maintaining proactive and timely communication regarding the search status.

• Expected to remain informed about industry and market-specific information or trends that may influence the search.

• Acts as a mentor for Recruiters and other team members.

• Exhibits innovation and creative thinking in their search methodologies.

• Conduct a comprehensive job scope discussion with the hiring leader to clarify position specifications.

• Promptly review applicants who have submitted applications through the applicant tracking system.

• Create and implement effective recruitment marketing campaigns tailored to the job opening.

• Identify candidates through resume databases and networking platforms using advanced Boolean search techniques.

• Source candidates through social media channels and deep web sourcing strategies.

• Generate targeted lists of passive candidates leveraging member subscriptions and technology.

• Seek and follow up on referrals from business networks and/or internal sources.

• Utilize proprietary software for mobile and email campaigning directed at talent communities.

• Employ a sophisticated blend of media to connect with the talent community (phone, email, campaigns, networking introductions, and social media).

• Provide value propositions uniquely tailored to each candidate's situation and level of interest in the role.

• Prepare candidates for interviews by offering logistical details, interview schedules, appropriate attire recommendations, and expectations for follow-up from the recruiter; provide additional guidance as needed.

• Ensure all candidates receive timely updates regarding the status of their applications and interviews.

• Maintain a strong awareness of the interest levels and concerns of top candidates throughout the process.

• Conduct professional and insightful phone interviews that incorporate industry/role-specific probing questions as needed.

• Navigate challenging conversations to extract necessary information effectively.

• Compare candidate phone interview notes and skills assessments against requisition specifications to determine candidate suitability for the role.

• Consider factors related to candidate fit within the team and overall cultural compatibility.

• Administer skills testing as required and assess results (if applicable).

• Review background and reference information (if applicable).

• Keep candidates engaged throughout the recruitment process.

• Continuously develop a talent pipeline to ensure multiple candidates are actively considered at all times.

• Keep the hiring manager informed of any market changes that could affect the hiring process or talent community.

• Communicate a job offer clearly and work towards candidate acceptance.

• Collaborate with the hiring manager to ensure the offer is accepted by the candidate.

• Adhere strictly to all regulations (OFCCP and any other compliance standards established).

• Demonstrate expertise in the relevant segment/practice/industry.

• Strive to deliver a robust candidate slate for each requisition.

• Provide accurate and regular updates on recruiting activities.

• Identify perceived challenges with searches and seek solutions by working with leadership (and the hiring manager as necessary).

• Proactively and consistently communicate the status of each search to the hiring manager.

• Other responsibilities as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience in the US market, preferably within the manufacturing industry.

• Required Language: Proficiency in English.
