This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Inspire top talent about our client's vision and illustrate the significant impact they can have within the organization.
• Gain expertise in identifying what drives success at our clients' firms and seek out candidates who will excel in their teams.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to comprehend their objectives and assist them in assembling world-class teams.
• Cultivate a robust network of prospective hires to ensure our client remains connected with the industry's finest talent.
• Take pride in delivering a positive and respectful experience for each candidate.
• Equip our client's interview teams with the necessary tools and support to facilitate confident hiring decisions.
• Utilize Greenhouse (ATS) to develop assessment scorecards and oversee the hiring process.
• Bring everything together by effectively closing offers and welcoming new hires to our client.
• Exceptional, near-native spoken and written English skills.
• 5-7 years of experience in client-facing recruiting positions.
• A demonstrated history of successfully placing professionals in technology, data science, product management, sales, finance, and other essential areas.
• You take pride in forging relationships and collaborating with business leaders.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt, and remain flexible.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Fully remote, full-time position (40 hours per week).
• US-based office hours (Eastern Time preferred, but can accommodate from Pacific to Eastern Time).
• Temporary contractor agreement lasting 5 to 6 months.
• Compensation in USD, with bi-weekly or monthly payment options available - your choice.
