This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the complete recruiting process for both technical and non-technical positions across all departments.
• Leverage your knowledge of the talent market to identify and attract top-tier candidates.
• Perform initial candidate screenings and manage the interview process.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine job requirements and align on the ideal profiles of candidates.
• Provide strategic insights on talent acquisition initiatives.
• Comprehend funnel dynamics and manage sourcing volumes to maintain healthy candidate pipelines.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally within growth-stage startups.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data.
• In-depth knowledge of the technology industry, particularly in early-stage settings.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain quality while operating swiftly in high-pressure environments.
• Excellent written communication skills, crucial for our documentation-centric culture.
• Proven track record of recognizing what contributes to candidate success beyond mere qualifications.
• Familiarity with recruiting software and tools (e.g., Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
• Comfortable utilizing AI tools and emerging technologies.
