Senior Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete recruiting lifecycle for Ford Racing positions, from intake to offer, encompassing technical, operational, and business roles as necessary.

• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to establish role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and search strategies that align with Ford Racing’s goals.

• Spearhead candidate screening, review resumes/profiles, and conduct assessment discussions, championing top talent and ensuring strong alignment with both role and company culture.

• Oversee candidate pipelines, engage in proactive outreach, and keep precise documentation within Ford’s ATS and Sustainable Talent systems.

• Provide regular updates to stakeholders, sharing pipeline data, market insights, and suggestions to enhance hiring results.

• Recognize search challenges early and offer innovative solutions, utilizing motorsport/performance/aftermarket automotive networks when applicable.

• Assist candidates throughout the process by setting clear expectations, ensuring timely follow-ups, and focusing on delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

• Work closely with the Senior Sourcer to align on sourcing priorities, calibrate candidate profiles, and guarantee seamless transitions from top-of-funnel to offer.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in corporate, technical, or specialized talent environments.

• Proven track record in managing senior-level stakeholders, leading intake discussions, and influencing hiring decisions.

• Strong capabilities in candidate assessment, interviewing, and evaluating resumes/profiles, with an emphasis on quality and fit.

• Comfortable working remotely while collaborating with teams located in Concord, NC and Allen Park, MI.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data, market insights, and recommendations clearly to leadership.

• Meticulous attention to detail, strong follow-through, and the ability to juggle multiple searches simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
