This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Source and recruit for all teams: Manage full-cycle recruiting with an emphasis on Engineering, Product, and GTM, taking ownership of every phase from intake to offer acceptance as business needs evolve.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with Hiring Managers to gain a thorough understanding of role specifications, align on talent needs, and pinpoint the ideal candidates for each position.
• Handle a high-volume requisition load: Maintain 10–15 active job requisitions at once while ensuring quality, candidate experience, and recruitment speed are not compromised.
• Ensure thorough and timely candidate screening: Guarantee that all candidates undergo a consistent, well-defined screening process and receive prompt communication at each stage of the recruitment funnel.
• Conduct independent sourcing: Actively source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, job boards, referrals, events, and AI-enhanced search tools to uncover talent that competitors may overlook.
• Develop active and passive talent pipelines: Sustain a steady, high-volume influx of qualified candidates by integrating inbound funnel management with proactive outreach to passive candidates.
• Manage the offer process from start to finish: Facilitate a smooth offer process by collaborating with Compensation and Hiring Managers, extending offers, and confidently closing candidates.
• Maintain ATS hygiene and data accuracy: Work proficiently within our applicant tracking system, ensuring records are kept accurate and utilizing pipeline data to guide decision-making and assess funnel health.
• Innovate methods for attracting diverse talent: Experiment with new sourcing channels, outreach strategies, and AI-driven workflows to broaden the candidate pool and engage underrepresented talent.
• Over 5 years of full-cycle, in-house or agency recruiting experience, including expertise in recruiting for both technical (Engineering/Product) and go-to-market (Sales/Customer Success/Marketing) positions.
• Proven ability to source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other platforms, not limited to managing incoming applicants.
• Practical experience utilizing AI-driven sourcing, outreach, or screening tools (e.g., LinkedIn AI Recruiter, Gem, or similar) to enhance search effectiveness and personalize candidate interactions.
• Strong proficiency with applicant tracking systems (such as Greenhouse, Ashby, or similar)—you know how to configure workflows, generate reports, and keep the system accurate and reliable. Preference for candidates with Ashby experience.
• Successful track record in managing 10–15 requisitions concurrently while ensuring a top-quality candidate experience and meeting service level agreements.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to influence Hiring Managers, quickly align on needs, and compellingly represent Sift to candidates.
• A strong sense of ownership—you take a requisition from initiation to closure and evaluate yourself based on results (hires, time-to-fill, quality of hire), rather than just activity.
• Bonus: Experience recruiting for high-growth SaaS companies or in trust & safety/fraud/risk sectors, familiarity with compensation strategies and leveling, or experience in designing structured interview processes.
