Senior Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete recruiting lifecycle for client searches, from understanding the role and clarifying requirements to active sourcing, structured assessments, and managing offers until the contract is signed.

• Develop and implement multi-channel sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, XING, and direct outreach, including advanced Boolean search techniques and talent mapping for specialist and leadership profiles.

• Create and sustain talent pools of passive candidates in segments that selectry frequently sources, ensuring they are structured, auditable, and ready for upcoming searches.

• Conduct structured, competency-based interviews, providing guidance to hiring managers on evaluation criteria, profile compatibility, and decision quality.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on recruiting KPIs such as time-to-hire, time-to-fill, funnel conversion, and source-of-hire, using data to enhance the recruitment process at each stage.

• Develop and maintain search briefs, outreach templates, and interview guides within selectry's documentation system.

• Spearhead employer branding initiatives for selectry, including enhancing career page content, improving candidate experience, and establishing outreach standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in recruiting, with complete ownership of complex, specialist, or leadership hiring processes from sourcing to offer management.

• Proven hands-on active sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and various direct outreach methods, including the ability to independently craft Boolean search strategies and talent maps.

• Experience in building and maintaining structured talent pools for passive candidates utilizing a CRM or ATS.

• Proficient in conducting competency-based candidate interviews and advising hiring managers on evaluation frameworks and profile decisions.

• Familiarity with KPIs: you have monitored recruiting data and utilized it to refine processes, with a specific example to share.

• Proficiency in German at C2 level and English at a minimum of C1, both required from day one.

• Strong self-management skills in a remote environment, with a focus on meticulous documentation and clear written communication.
